The restaurants were excellent, especially Bana with its delicious sushi. The swim-up rooms were a unique and fun feature, perfect for a group of friends. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The location was ideal, with easy access to premium areas and restaurants facing the beach.

Not obvious to find.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, just a short walk from the beach. You can enjoy the beautiful seaside view from your room. The service provided by the staff is excellent, with attentive and friendly employees always ready to assist you. The breakfast options are varied and delicious, ensuring a great start to your day. Additionally, the hotel offers transportation services from the airport for your convenience.

One downside is the lack of evening entertainment. There is not much to do after dinner, and the absence of a theater or nightly shows is disappointing.

We arrived at the resort and were greeted warmly by the hotel staff who escorted us to check-in. They even offered us a refreshing beverage and towels to cool off. The entire staff was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Although we had to switch rooms, the staff moved our bags for us, making the process seamless.

The food, staff, and service were exceptional. Great buffet options and amazing dinner reservations. Jet skiing and water sports were fantastic. Beautiful beach and pool.

The variety of food options was excellent, with many choices to suit all tastes, including options for those with dietary restrictions. The swim-up rooms were a highlight, and the housekeeping service was fantastic. The staff were wonderful and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The beach and pool were beautiful, and we enjoyed the tasty drinks and fish tacos. Special mentions to Dora, who was an amazing host, and Maya, the pool server. The entire resort was well-maintained, with manicured beaches and beautiful landscapes. Fuego restaurant's lamb chops were particularly delicious. we had a great time and will definitely return with our kids.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with interior canals that lead to the Alux restaurant in downtown and provide a unique experience. The Royal Service area offers top-notch service, with butlers available on-demand and a prompt check-in process. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with additional amenities like jacuzzis in some rooms. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious options, and the friendly staff is always ready to fulfill any special requests.

The beach at the hotel is affected by seaweed, which can be disappointing for beach lovers.

Best aspects of our holiday were the delicious food and the exceptional customer service. the variety and freshness of the food at the resort was impressive, and we enjoyed trying different restaurants each evening. the staff went above and beyond to ensure that we had a wonderful stay, always friendly and attentive to our needs. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to both the pool and the beach. We loved spending our days lounging by the pool and enjoying the beautiful views of the ocean.

Disliked the reservation system for dinner. It was difficult to secure a reservation at the desired time, and even when we did, we often found the restaurant to be empty.

The rooms were cleaned daily. Employees were nice and greeted guests. The beach and pool were beautiful. Drinks and fish tacos were great. The landscape was clean. The pool was lovely. Fuego had great lamb chops. The restaurants had good food. The staff was friendly. The royal service area had a fabulous room with a comfy bed and big bathroom. The grounds were surrounded by wildlife. The pool bar team in the royal service area was loved. The restaurants offered excellent food allergen advice. The spa facilities were beautiful. The butler, Hector, was amazing and decorated the room for a birthday surprise.

We stayed at this hotel recently and were impressed by its luxurious amenities. the service was top-notch, with friendly staff always willing to assist. the Spa & wellness centre was fantastic, offering various treatments such as massages, facials, and waxing. the outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi were also great features, as were the beach access and sun loungers.

While we had an overall fantastic experience, the only minor issue we encountered was with the poolside snack bar. Sometimes, we found that the wait for food and drinks was longer than anticipated.

Luxurious amenities and outstanding service made for a truly exceptional stay at this hotel. The stunning outdoor swimming pool and spa lounge are perfect for relaxing, and the staff was always on hand to offer a range of indulgent treatments, including massage and body scrub. Cons: My only minor issue with this hotel was that the beach area could have been better maintained with proper garbage cans to help minimize the amount of trash carried back into the bushes by the wildlife. That said, this small inconvenience in no way detracted from an otherwise outstanding experience.
